“Customer First” has always been a strong resolution for Guardian Life and a commitment to pay claims is one of the core values of a life insurance company.
Hence, even under this lockdown and social distancing situation, Guardian life is all set to keep its commitment to the customers by introducing “Online Claim Submission (OCS)” platform to submit claims digitally. Corporate customers of Guardian Life from now on will be able to submit Life and Medical claims (Hospitalization / Outdoor Patient / Death) via mobile, laptop or desktop anytime, anywhere. The claims will then be evaluated by the team from the system and eventually be paid out from the system via online payment channels.

“This is a first for the insurance industry in Bangladesh that a life insurance company adopted secured digital solution for end-to-end claim settlement and customers will be able to receive claim payouts from the comfort of their homes. For Guardian Life, a promise is a promise and we will deliver our commitment to our customers under any circumstances” said M M Monirul Alam, Managing Director & CEO, Guardian Life.

The corporate customers will be able to log into OCS directly (http://ocs.myguardianbd.com/) or from MyGuardian Portal (http://myguardianbd.com/) or MyGuardian App (https://bit.ly/2RPyPd2) or even Guardian Life corporate website (www.guardianlife.com.bd) and avail the facility. By the end of May’2020, Individual Policyholders will also come under the scope of this platform. Guardian Life is already selling Life Insurance Policies Online through its EasyLife App and Website where customers can buy life insurance policies within just 15 minutes from anywhere. While ensuring the continuity of its business operations with the philosophy of ‘Stay home, stay safe’, Guardian Life has taken necessary steps to safeguard the health and well-being of its customers, members, employees and the community as a whole.
