The issue which arises is that in comparison to the digitally robust new entrants, the logistical facilities fall short as they are not compatible or up to the standard. Third party logistics services cannot cater to every area. Most customers who rely on e-commerce are based in metropolitan cities, whereas the larger population remains out of reach.
