Export-Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited won the
prestigious '2021 USD Clearing Elite Quality
Recognition' award from JPMorgan Chase, a
multinational commercial bank, for its outstanding
performance in issuing 'MT202' on 7 November
2021. Sajjad Anam, Executive Director and Chief
Representative of JPMorgan Chase Bangladesh
Office presented the award and certificate in this
regard to Mohammad Haider Ali Mia, Exim Bank
Managing Director and CEO of the bank's head
office. Mohammad Firoz Hossain, Additional
Managing Director, Exim Bank and senior officials of
both the banks were present on the occasion.

Integrated transaction service has
been launched between bKash and
IFIC Bank Limited. A.R.M. Nazmus
Sakib, member of the IFIC Board of
Directors, inaugurated the joint
service of IFIC Bank and the
country's largest mobile financial
service provider, bKash at a virtual
event on 15 November 2021. Kazi
Mahmood Sattar, member of bKash
Board of Directors, Shah A Sarwar,
Managing Director and CEO of IFIC
Bank and Kamal Quadir, CEO of
bKash were present on the occasion.

“Exchange of Documents” was held between Jamuna
Bank Limited and Oman Exchange L.L.C at the Head
Office of Oman Exchange L.L.C, Muscat, Oman for
disbursement of foreign remittance under terms &
conditions of Foreign Remittance Policy on 28 Novemver
2021. The Managing Director and CEO of JBL, Mirza
Elias Uddin Ahmed, and General Manager of Oman
Exchange L.L.C, M. Sohel Rahman exchanged the
documents on behalf of their respective organizations. The

Director of Jamuna Bank Limited, Al-Haj Nur
Mohammed, Directors of Jamuna Bank Limited Md.
Sirajul Islam Varosha and Md. Ismail Hossain Siraji, the
SVP & Head of NRB Banking & Foreign Remittance
Division of JBL, Md. Abdus Sobhan along with other high
officials of the organizations were also present in the
occasion.

The Premier Bank Limited has distributed
winter clothes to 2000 vulnerable, disabled
and poverty-stricken people in Faridpur on
22 November 2021. Deputy Commissioner
(DC), Atul Sarkar was present as the chief
guest and distributed the winter blankets at
the Eid prayer field of the historical Saheb
Bari of Gerda. Faridpur Sadar UNO, Md.
Masudul Alam Faridpur; the Premier Bank
