There are vast differences between today’s Dhaka and the Dhaka of thirty years ago. Presently, there is hardly any greenery to be seen. Rangs Properties Limited, a RANCON company, officially started its journey in the 90’s, with their first buildings in Uttara, Gulshan and Banani. Its flagship project, Rangs Waterfront, the first condominium complex in Bangladesh, was handed over in 2003. Rangs Properties entered into commercial spaces around the same time. When Rangs Anam Plaza was handed over in 2004, it completely changed the sphere of commercial real estate in Dhanmondi.
