bproperty.com introduces property listing request & user guidelines to ease property transaction

bproperty.com, the country’s largest real estate marketplace that has thoroughly surveyed and validated over 119,000 buildings in Dhaka and currently has nearly 24,000 properties available for sale and rent on their portal, has introduced two exceptional features on its website to make property transactions smoother. The guide helps buyers and sellers to understand the expectations and requirements for buying or selling properties. Sellers can now also submit requests to have their properties listed for sale on the portal.

Regarding the new features, Mark Nosworthy, CEO of bproperty.com said “bproperty.com focuses on innovation and ease of use for everyone. To enhance the experience of property buyers and sellers, we’ve added a new user guide feature. And now for the first time, people can request their property to be marketed in the largest real estate marketplace in the country. ‘List your property’, a new feature on our website, allows sellers to put their properties in front of an extensive targeted audience of potential buyers without contingencies. We hope we are well on our way to achieving an all-encompassing marketplace.”

bproperty.com now makes it easier for everyone to sell their properties without leaving their seats. To sell a property, sellers simply have to click on the ‘List Your Property’ button at the top of the website and add their information. bproperty.com will then contact the candidate and verify the property before it is eligible to be listed on the portal. An agreement is then be signed if everything goes well.

Clicking on the R.E Solutions button at the top of the website, users will find a guide for buyers and another one for sellers. The Buyers Guide explains everything about dealing with experts, receiving financial advice and legal arrangements provided by bproperty.com. The Sellers Guide, on the other hand, informs property owners and managers about property details, validation, legal vetting, collection of images and legal agreements between all parties.
