Global Chamber Dhaka in collaboration with Movementum Consultancy and Facilitation Group (MCFG) and Global Chamber Barisal virtually organized a training globinar titled ‘Young Global Leaders: Sales and Negotiation Skills For Future Leaders’; on 18th August 2021 and a follow-up event ‘Corporate Skills Development Unlock: Sales and Negotiation For Turnover and Profits’ on 25th August 2021.
The guest speaker Mihir Koltharkar is a highly accomplished Global Award Winning Trainer, TEDx, and Keynote Speaker and Author, with a rich experience spanning 21 years. He has been featured among the Top 20 Global Trainers – Sales (2021). Mihir shared stealth techniques to help leaders and future leaders develop confidence and gain an upper hand during personal communications.
Participants who attended were comprised of university students, young professionals, B2B sales experts and entrepreneurs who gained insights on the Art of Questioning, Use of Stealth Words to be liked, Secret NLP Technique to Build instant rapport, Mirror, and Matching, Rainbow Giraffe Technique to be Unforgettable, Negotiation Planner, and more.
In the globinars, Mihir emphasized the use of the push versus pull method in our everyday negotiations, as well as the importance of changing ourselves with customers’ expectations. As such he focused on why students also need to change with the time to stay relevant. In the trainings, Mihir stressed that young people maintain professionalism in their social media interactions and activities.
Furthermore the speaker focused on how to boost sales and profits, capture market share, and dominate competition by explaining about the Customer Cycle Improvement, Innovation in Sales Techniques, Spin Selling and Structured Sales Approach The host of the events Maimun Mustafa, Executive Director of Global Chamber Dhaka, commented, “GC Dhaka is proud to host events like these for current and future leaders’ professional growth under which we provide internships and memberships for university students and young professionals.” Mustafa added, “These types of sessions will provide practical strategies, tips, techniques, and tools to bring out knowledge-sharing sessions.”
