A short overview of an online course on stress and time management methods.
Repercussions of stress are a universal experience, overwhelming people with burnout and the stress of wondering where their time went. Despite being a vital skill, stress management is rarely taught in schools. Fortunately, learning and developing both stress and time management are possible. The course Managing Stress and Time provides the fundamentals and acquaintance with stress and time management toolkits. With the tools and knowledge of expert Dr. Shari Collins from the Arizona State University (ASU) School of Humanities, the course is designed to be applied in hands-on scenarios.
This course aims to manage expectations and allow a better grasp of one’s feelings, to get out of the otherwise perpetuated cycle of stressing about time and thus wasting it. Managing one is the solution to managing the other.
