In the globinars, Mihir emphasized the use of the push
versus pull method in our everyday negotiations, as
well as the importance of changing ourselves with
customers’ expectations. As such he focused on why
students also need to change with the time to stay
relevant. In the trainings, Mihir stressed that young
people maintain professionalism in their social media
interactions and activities.
