Kranti Group wins first ever APICTA merit award 2016 for Bangladesh

For the first time, Bangladesh won the merit award in the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Award (APICTA) 2016’s ‘sustainability and environment’ category for soil safe digital soil and fertilizer testing mini laboratory. This year Bangladesh participated in the APICTA 2016 in Taipei on 5th December. Mohammad Risalat Siddiqui, producer of Kranti Group, received the merit award for APICTA on behalf of ‘soil safe’.
Soil Safe’s digital soil and fertilizer mini testing lab is an initiative of Kranti Group. The device and materials are developed by the Kranti Group, while the mobile app for the same is developed and managed by Analyzen, a pioneering digital and social media marketing agency of Bangladesh. It introduces technology in farm based labour which contributes to the welfare of agriculture sector in Bangladesh. The soil testing advancements that they conduct, help farmers allocate potential lands for farming.  Bangladesh participated under the sustainability and environment category, along with initiatives represented by Hong Kong, China, Taipei as well as Australia.
