Hossain Md Shoaib has won the 24th Standard Chartered Bank Golf Tournament, the signature sports event for the Bank, held recently, at Bhatiary Golf and Country Club (BGCC) in Chittagong.
Aside from the regular 18-hole event, the tournament also featured Junior, Senior, Lady, and 9-hole Golfers segments. Maj Gen S M Matiur Rahman, president of Bhatiary Golf and Country Club, inaugurated the tournament and also distributed prizes among the winners as the chief guest. Also, present on the occasion was Alamgir Morshed, Managing Director and Head of Global Banking, Standard Chartered Bangladesh, along with a host of senior officials from Standard Chartered Bank and BGCC.
