The 12th Dhaka Motor Show 2017, 3rd Dhaka Bike Show 2017 and 2nd Dhaka Auto Parts Show 2017 and the first ever Dhaka commercial Automotive Show 2017 was presented by CEMS Global – Conference and Exhibition Management Services Ltd. The event is to be held from 23rd to 25th March 2017.

The 12th Motor show will be a one stop single platform to showcase the latest developments and emerging technology for the automobile industry from home and abroad. Renowned and leading car and motor cycle distributors, dealers, lubricant companies, CNG conversion, automotive component manufacturers and importers from Japan, Korea, China, USA, Italy, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, India & Bangladesh will be showcasing their products. There would be over 300 exhibition booths for the 3 day event.

President and Managing Director of CEMS USA and Asia Pacific, Mehrun N Islam said, “With the 12th Motor Show, CEMS wants to bring the local auto parts manufacturers into the lime light. CEMS has been supporting these small industries with various growth prospects by helping them form legal entities by getting trade licenses and helping them come under formal Associations and above all encouraging them to participate in International Exhibitions where they can promote their expertise to the world as well as the local market.”

In Bangladesh, the majority of the market is dominated by the reconditioned cars. These reconditioned cars are used cars from Japan. In a country like Bangladesh where we have limited space, these used cars are in a way being dumped and in future, we will soon run out of space to keep them since their longevity is much lower than brand new vehicles being imported. This event will focus on new car and bike importers.

Mehrun N Islam, Group President & Managing Director, CEMS Global USA & Asia Pacific; Tanveer Quamrul Islam , Executive Director, CEMS Global; Noyem Sharif, Head of Marketing & Communications, CEMS Bangladesh; and Safat Ishtiaq, Assistant Manager, Rancon Motorbikes Ltd. were the spokesperson during the press briefing for the event.

Autorebellion is the official Automotive Blogging Partner for CEMS Global’s event. The exhibition’s broadcast partner is Independent TV and radio partner is Spice FM 96.0. Media partners include The Daily Star, The Daily Samakal and the online partner is Bikroy.com. SUZUKI Motors is the Platinum Sponsor for the 3rd Dhaka Bike Show 2017.
