ABS cables ltd has received the prestigious ISO
HAPPENING of the company's continued effort towards quality and
14001, 2015 and ISO 9001, 2015 Certificates from
BSTI on 25 November 2020. It is an acknowledgment
sustainability. ABS cables Ltd. achieved BDS
(Bangladesh Standard) on Optical Fiber Cables and
this is the First Time in Bangladesh which is approved
by Bangladesh Standards & Testing Institution (BSTI).
Md. Nazrul Anwar, Director General of BSTI handed
over the certificates to Kausar Zaman Bappi,
Managing Director of ABS Cables Ltd. The top
officials of BSTI and ABS Cables Ltd. were also
present at the ceremony.

bKash held a meeting with CID on 30
November 2020 to exchange views on
customer safety and aspired to work
more collaboratively in the coming
days. The meeting was held at the
headquarters of the Criminal
Investigation Department (CID. CID
Chief Barrister Mahbubur Rahman,
BPM, PPM, Additional Inspector General
presided over the meeting. Kamal
Quadir, CEO of bKash was present at
the event.

The Tony Blair Institute (TBI) and Oracle have
brought cloud technology to Africa to manage
public health programs. Initially, Ghana,
Rwanda, and Sierra Leone will use the new
Oracle Health Management System to create
electronic health records for their vaccination
programs for yellow fever, HPV, polio, measles,
and COVID-19, as soon as that vaccine is
distributed to Africa. TBI and Oracle are in
discussions with more than thirty other countries
in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America that
are evaluating using the same cloud system to
manage their COVID-19 vaccination programs.

Daraz Bangladesh, the country's
largest online marketplace and
concern of Alibaba Group,
celebrated the record-breaking
success of Eleven Eleven, the
world's largest sale campaign. The
campaign's closing ceremony,
"Embrace the Success," held on 26
November 2020 officially marked
the end of this year's Eleven Eleven
Journey. During the campaign,
Daraz customers had the
opportunity to win prizes through a
variety of games and contests.
11.11 prize-giving ceremony was
organized with the contest winners
of different segments.
