A Master Facility Agreement for
BANKING between Bank Asia Ltd. & PRAN-RFL
Supply Chain Financing was signed
Group on 26 November 2020 at
Bank Asia Tower, Kawran Bazar,
Dhaka. Md. Arfan Ali, President and
Managing Director of Bank Asia Ltd,
and Uzma Chowdhury, Director of
PRAN-RFL Group, exchanged the
agreement in a signing ceremony.

Hossain, DMDs of Bank Asia Ltd.,
along with other high officials of both
organizations were present at the
program.

On 11 November 2020 Green Delta
Insurance Company secured “AAA” credit
rating for the 7th consecutive year in 2020
from the Credit Rating Agency of
Bangladesh (CRAB). Green Delta is the only
and the first insurance company in
Bangladesh to earn AAA rating for 7 years
in a row. The credit rating aims to measure
the financial strength of an organization
based on an assessment of a few crucial
factors including corporate governance,
management practices, claim payment
ability, compliance, etc. AAA rating is the
highest credit rating an organization can get
for its financial strength.

Jamuna Bank Limited inaugurated
the Mohipal sub-branch of the bank
at Mohipal in Feni on 23 November

Dhaka Bank has signed an
agreement on 12 November
2020 for providing cash
management and payroll services
to ARC Enterprise. Akhlaqur
Rahman, SEVP & Head, Corporate
Banking Division of Dhaka Bank
Ltd. and Asif Zafar, Proprietor and
Chief Executive Officer of ARC
Enterprise signed the agreement
while Emranul Huq, Managing
Director and CEO of Dhaka Bank
Ltd. and Asif Zafar, Proprietor and
Chief Executive Officer of ARC
Enterprise exchanged the
agreement on behalf of their
respective organizations.
