Although the primary objective of the company was to provide corporate air transportation to Meghna Industrial Areas, the services were expanded to provide services like emergency medical evacuation and chartered air transportation across Bangladesh. Medical Evacuation
Meghna Aviation Limited provides helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) for air ambulance facilities around the clock. Its new Bell 429 multi-engine helicopter facilitates patient evacuation to and from any active airport even at night. The helicopter is equipped with state-of-the-art HEMS facilities in compliance with international standards. Concurrently, Meghna Aviation facilitates highly experienced paramedics onboard to ensure patients are taken care of adequately.

Bell 429
The Bell 429 delivers exceptional speed, range, hover performance and enhanced safety margins with a fully-integrated glass cockpit, advanced drive system, best-in-class WAAS navigation, with single, and optional dual, IFR capability. The Bell 429 has more cabin space than any other light twin helicopter and features flat flooring and seating for six passengers plus two pilots. It provides increased safety by incorporating redundant systems in the avionics, hydraulics, and power plant systems. The systems help the helicopter maintain excellent performance characteristics. Bell 407 GX is a four-blade, single-engine VIP helicopter of Bell Textron Company.. Robinson R 66
The five-seat R66 Turbine helicopter is reliable and easy to maintain. R66s have a two-bladed rotor system, T-bar cyclic and the latest in Robinson technology including streamlined instrument panels, energy-absorbing seats and crashworthy bladder fuel tanks. What distinguishes the R66 is a spacious 300 lb capacity baggage compartment. The RR300 engine operates on readily available Jet A fuel and offers increased reserve power, additional payload and improved altitude performance. Hydraulic controls eliminate feedback forces and provide responsive handling.
