PUMA in Bangladesh

Bangladesh’s booming economy has facilitated a new era of consumerism. Some of the biggest brands in the world have dawned upon us. PUMA has made its arrival in Bangladesh. Enthusiasts and casual shoppers alike have been lining up outside the sole Banani outlet since the very first day. PUMA is brought to Bangladesh by the DBL Group who are ecstatic about the new venture. M. A. Jabbar, Managing Director of DBL Group, added, “We are incredibly proud to open the first PUMA brand store for Bangladesh at this iconic location. We are looking at expanding our footprint in the region and what better way than launching our very own flagship store. Through our iconic flagship store, we are looking at bringing the best of PUMA experiences and products to our consumers.”

Sharing his reaction to the opening of the flagship store, Mushfiqur Rahim who is himself a sportswear enthusiast said, “It’s exciting to see a globally leading sportswear brand like PUMA come into Bangladesh. Such news is motivating for professional athletes like sports enthusiasts across our country and me, as we see this recognition of our evolving sporting environment. I can’t wait to check out the store and hope we see many more PUMA stores in Bangladesh soon.”
